THE STORY OF AN HOUR
Hi, here is a sketch of my wife. I called it "The Story of An Hour" because she was reading for an hour and I was drawing her for an hour, so I thought it was only fair to use that title. I've added three images so you can see some of the details as well as the entire sketch.

James Buchanan
Yes, I'm adding another U.S. President to the list. When I saw an image of James Buchanan and noticed the way he had his hair, I couldn't resist and immediately started sketching this drawing you see here. If you take a closer look at all the presidents you'll see that they are very interesting group of guys( maybe I should say "old men") to sketch. I mean really, they're quite angry in a tense and overly controlled way but as the same time funny looking. I hope I'm not offending anyone when I say that, just take some papers and pencil and try it yourself. and have some fun.

The 9th President of the United States-William Henry Harrison
I started this portrait of William Henry Harrison yesterday in the middle of the night because I couldn't sleep at all. First I wanted to draw George Washington but when I saw Harrison image I quickly started working on this unfinished drawing you see here. Hopefully I'll get to finish it this weekend.
Well, I guess... a promise is a promise and here it is.

The Metropolitan Museum of Art
I went to the MET with some friends and I managed to sketch this small portrait from one of the many sculptures found on the lower level of the museum. We had a nice time there and we all vowed to return again to do some complete illustrations from those amazing sculptures. If you happen to be in New York, go visit the MET you'll love it.
